Who we are

Prices and payment

• All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT (19%).
• Payment is taken at the time of ordering through Shopify Payments (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your order is confirmed by email once payment succeeds.

Ordering

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example when an item is unavailable — in which case you are refunded in full.
• Orders are prepared fresh. Pickup and delivery times shown at checkout are our best estimate; we will contact you if anything changes.
• You must provide a working phone number so we can reach you about your order.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup is from Tasters Café, Makariou III Ave 237H, Enaerios, 3105 Limassol. Delivery terms, areas, and fees are described on our Delivery page, which forms part of these terms.

Cancellations and refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: made-to-order items (e.g. cakes) cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time; perishable goods cannot be returned.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles common allergens. Please read the Allergen Disclaimer page and contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or intolerance.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Cypriot or EU consumer law. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
